We established a long term relationship with the owners of this property. When the time was right for the property to be sold the seller’s called us and asked if our client would be interested in acquiring their portfolio of apartments which totaled 910 units in three complexes plus a very large fourth property which they held a 50% ownership interest. Our client acquired the 910 units as a result of out long term relationship with the seller and the buyers proven track record. We also removed contingencies on the fourth property and our client earned a breakup fee as the partner in the asset exercised their first right of refusal to purchase.
